Dr. Audrey A. Klenke, MD, FACS
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

“Today, people recognize the relationship between appearance and overall health. Plastic surgery is a dynamic profession that offers countless alternatives for helping people realize their extraordinary potential, both physically and emotionally. I can’t imagine any other job being this fulfilling.” ~ Dr. Klenke

The Pinnacle Point of View
“I see plastic and reconstructive surgery as a fundamental element in comprehensive healthcare. It’s an accessible resource for many people today and I want to make elective options easier to consider. I believe plastic surgery is based on the unique relationship between you and your doctor, one that evolves from trust and understanding.”

From a Woman’s Perspective
“As a female surgeon, I embrace some of the feminine qualities I believe make me a better doctor. I listen closely and seek to understand my patients. Both men and women are comfortable confiding in me, which allows us to work together toward a solution. My approach to plastic surgery is driven by modern perceptions of aesthetics and, most importantly, each patient’s unique objectives.”

My Experience
“I have been practicing medicine for 9 years. I completed my plastic surgery residency training program at the University of Cincinnati, where I served as the Chief Administrative Resident in the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery. I have written and presented in the fields of breast cancer, non-surgical options, exercise, and facial contouring, and I am committed to being a lifelong learner.”

My Focus
“From detailed surgical solutions to non-invasive skin care programs, and everything in between, my goal is to provide the latest advances in cosmetic and reconstructive services in the Lowcountry. Since the day I opened Pinnacle Plastic Surgery, I have immersed myself in this dynamic community, which I feel honored to call home. I pride myself on maintaining long-term relationships with my patients. I look forward to meeting you and starting our gratifying journey toward a more confident and empowered you.”
