Dr. Audrey A. Klenke, MD, FACS

Our Licensed Esthetician provides the most advanced treatments available under the guidance of board-certified cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Audrey A. Klenke. Dr. Klenke and her team provide the latest safe and effective procedures for helping patients become more comfortable and confident. At Pure Medical Spa, we offer prescription strength skin care and anti-aging solutions that produce real results. We embrace the phrase Beauty on Your Terms and constantly strive to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.


Stephany Voss
Licensed Esthetician

Stephany Voss is a transplant from New York City and now resides in Bluffton, South Carolina. She was a practicing esthetician in New York City for over twelve years.

Stephany received her training at Atelier Esthetique in New York City. She is certified in Hydrafacials, microneedling, microdermabrasion and IPL lasers. In addition, Stephany has an extensive background in skin care and makeup application. She is fully licensed in both New York and South Carolina.

Stephany is excited to be part of the Pure Medical Spa team looks forward to creating a customized treatment plan to help you look and feel your very best!


Jennifer Burks
APRN, CNM

Jennifer came to Hilton Head Island in 2006 to work for well-known obstetrician, the late Dr. Neil Love at Island Women’s Center. Jennifer was one of the first Certified Nurse Midwives to deliver babies at Hilton Head Hospital. While working with Dr. Love, she was also instrumental in helping start Clinica de la Mama to provide quality healthcare for Hispanic women. Jennifer’s career progression later led her to Bon Sain Complete Women’s healthcare, where she was honored to work with Dr. Kristi Blessitt.

Jennifer prides herself on administering compassionate care and developing trusting client relationships. She received her Post Graduate Nurse Midwifery Certification at Texas Tech University and has more than 25 years’ experience providing OB/GYN care. At Pure Medical Spa, Jennifer provides nutritional counseling and weight loss programs including the HCG Diet and Lipotrim Injections. At Pinnacle Women’s Health, Jennifer provides annual gynecologic exams for women and adolescents that cover a full spectrum of care, including Pap Smears, breast exams, screenings, family planning, contraception, counseling for menopausal issues and much more. Her goal is to help nourish patients’ bodies and their lives as a whole.

Laura Bradshaw
Medical Assistant

Laura grew up in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has 4 years’ experience as a medical assistant in Dermatology. Laura is excited to contribute her knowledge and skills in a plastic surgery setting, where she gets to see patients realize their innermost strength and beauty.

Laura and her husband moved to Bluffton in July 2014, and they absolutely love the area! They enjoy fishing and taking their dog, Hailey, to the beach. Laura loves sharing surfside stories with her parents, who actually honeymooned on Hilton Head some years ago.


Cecilia Pedroza
Medical Assistant

Cecilia was born in Jalisco, Mexico and came to the U.S. in 2001. She obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate at Southland Nursing Home in Peachtree City, Georgia, where she worked for over four years. In 2005, Cecilia started working as a Spanish translator for an OB/GYN in Atlanta, and 2 years later she was promoted to office manager. She was then offered the opportunity to manage a new OB/GYN clinic in Hilton Head. She served as the Clinical Manager for the Hilton Head clinic for more than 6 years until the office closed in 2011.

Upon moving to Hilton Head, Cecilia fell in love with the Lowcountry and its people. She became very involved in the Hispanic community, volunteering for health fairs as well as P.A.S.O.S., which is a March of Dimes program for the Hispanic community. Cecilia also served as a medical translator with Volunteers in Medicine from 2011 to 2013.

Cecilia’s husband is a local law enforcement officer and also serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. The couple has two beautiful children. Cecilia enjoys baking and reading. She loves her career and plans to continue her education in the medical field.
